If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2) Services & Scope of Use
Girardi’s Restorations LLC provides exterior renovation and home improvement services, including but not limited to:
Roofing
Siding installation and repair
Gutter installation and repair
Chimney repair
General exterior restoration services
Service availability, pricing, timelines, and scope depend on project requirements, site conditions, materials, and scheduling availability. Quotes and estimates are subject to confirmation prior to commencement of work.
3) Customer Responsibilities
Access:
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information and ensuring reasonable access to the property for estimates and scheduled services.
Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to property access, permits, and homeowner or community regulations.
Data Accuracy:
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information so we can communicate regarding your services.
4) Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms
Estimates:
All estimates are provided in good faith and may change based on inspection, material availability, or scope adjustments.
Payment Authorization:
You authorize Girardi’s Restorations LLC to collect payment according to the terms agreed upon for your specific project.
Failed Payments:
Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in delayed or suspended services.
Price Changes:
Pricing may change if project scope, materials, or conditions change prior to or during service.
5) Cancellations & Refund Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific agreement for your project and applicable law.
6) Data & Communications Integrity
You may not misuse our communication systems, including submitting false inquiries or engaging in abusive or unlawful conduct.
Girardi’s Restorations LLC reserves the right to restrict communications or services in cases of misuse or unlawful activity.
7) Limitations & Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific timelines, results, property value increases, or outcomes beyond what is contractually agreed upon.
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Girardi’s Restorations LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8) Liability & Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girardi’s Restorations LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, profits, or property value.
9) Independent Operators & Integrations
Girardi’s Restorations LLC may use third-party service providers for scheduling, communications, analytics, or website hosting. These providers operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Girardi’s Restorations LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or data handling practices beyond our control.
10) Testimonials, Reviews & Marketing Use
If you submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, or success stories, you grant Girardi’s Restorations LLC a non-exclusive license to use that content (including name or statements) for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
11) SMS Program Terms (“Girardi’s Restorations LLC Alerts”)
1. Program Description
After you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or services, including:
Appointment notifications
Scheduling updates
Service reminders
Follow-ups
Review requests
2. Cancel (Opt-Out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.
